The School of Catering is a new venture designed to give people the skills and support to run the catering at SU Scotland events.The first events will be two Training Days, Tuesday 21st and Saturday 25th February, 10am-4pm, at Lendrick Muir. These days are primarily aimed at those who are currently assistant cooks or those with similar experience. Come along to develop skills such as menu planning, managing diets and budgeting. Hear from chief cooks who have had years of experience and learn from our combined mistakes!
