Music Holiday 2010: Masterworks
MAKE MUSIC… MAKE FRIENDS…. ENJOY EXCELLENT OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES… CREATE… PERFORM....
If you are excited about combining your musical talents with loads of activities in a creative and fun packed week then this is for you.
Now in its 7th year, this event presented in partnership with New Scottish Arts has been a resounding success. While a temporary change in Musical Director may lend a slightly different feel to the 2010 event, an added feature will be more space in the programme to feature some original masterpieces - songs or instrumental pieces composed by campers, maybe even your own work!
Places are available for all orchestral and band instruments –you must be grade 3 standard (or 4 years experience) on your chosen instrument - although numbers will be limited for flute, clarinet, trombone, guitar, keyboard and drum kit. Singers are welcome as long as you are prepared to take the stage and sing a solo! If you play 2 instruments, please specify both instruments and which one is your first choice.
As well as the chance to make great music, there will be plenty of opportunity to take part in a great range of adventure pursuits, making the most of the fantastic activities on offer at Lendrick Muir.

Be amazed by the brilliant on site go karting experience. Try to make it to the top of the tree climb. Take on the challenge of our mountain bike trails. Enjoy disc golf, ropes course, adventure playground, golf and beach volleyball. Then relax. Great accommodation in an enormous country house at Rumbling Bridge near Kinross. Comfy sofas inside, fantastic scenery outside. Located centrally between Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth, Lendrick Muir is in a beautiful location in the Scottish countryside – and there are SU events here right through the Easter and summer holidays.
